The Rivergate annual dues invoices were mailed to all residents prior to January 1, 2017. The amount remains the same as last year. Dues are $40, snow is $15, for a total of $55 per home.
Invoices will be addressed to “Resident” at the Rivergate property address. Payment is due by January 31, 2017 and should be addressed to:

Dues payments not received by February 28, 2017 will be assessed a $10.00 late fee.
If you have a separate mailing address on file for your Rivergate property, a duplicate invoice will be issued to that address, as well. Remember that collections increase costs to you. Rivergate is proud to have some of the lowest dues for an association in Metro Detroit.

There is an option for paying your 2017 dues online with a credit card. A $2.00 convenience fee will be charged for this service. You must be a registered member of the website in order to access online bill payment.
